Renee Garza
Renee GarzaOwner/Coach
Renee Garza started CrossFit in 2018 in hopes to get fit enough to keep up with her two kids. She quickly fell in Love with the progress and measured results CrossFit produces. While working at a local gym as a bilingual personal trainer Renee worked on becoming CrossFit Certified and started coaching classes. Pantera Crossfit has been a long-time dream of Renee’s with an overall hope to bring CrossFit to not only the English speakers in the area but also the Spanish Speakers. For the past few years, Renee has been training Spanish speakers in her garage growing a tiny community of new CrossFitters. When Renee is not with her family or at Pantera you can usually find her in the kitchen or walking her two dogs.

After multiple individual and team competition places and wins, Fittest Games qualifier and participator, and various 5k through half marathon distance races, she now trains for enjoyment and coaching others. She’s happy to work with anyone willing to put in the work it takes to make the changes they want to see in their overall health and performance.
Chris DiGuglielmo
Chris DiGuglielmoCoach
Chris was an overweight kid who found a passion for exercise by joining the swim team in high school. He continued his interest in group exercise by picking up rowing in college and joining the crew team. After college, he started going to CrossFit along with training in MMA at night. A bad injury and a move almost made him quit CrossFit but he stuck with it, healed, and became a coach to help others achieve their fitness goals. He appreciates the importance of eating for performance and has developed a love for gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. Chris earned his USAW L1 certification and has just returned to CrossFit after a two-year lifting focus.

Vera Colodney
Vera ColodneyCoach
Vera first tried out CrossFit in 2016 after having her first baby. With zero background in sports, unless you count marching band, she was pleasantly surprised to find that CrossFit was just what she needed. Facing constantly varied challenges and acquiring new skills gave her the perfect mental and physical push she needed to chase around her little ones. Vera has a BS in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s degree in Special Education from TCU, and over 6 years of experience as a Bilingual Pre-K, Kindergarten, and PPCD teacher. She now has her L2 in addition to her CrossFit Kids certification. While she initially became a CrossFit coach to build a kids program, Vera quickly learned that she loved helping people of all ages live healthy, active lives.
